    Needs at least another staff member to keep up with the amount of people coming in and a numbering system. It would also be helpful if you could do more than 1 thing per appointment... I was told when I arrived I needed two appointments to change both my rego and licence to Vic...

    Walked in the door no signs saying where to go, people standing around not knowing what to do , turns out one of them was a staff member with an iPad helping no one. There was only one helpful older gentleman the woman was useless.
